Vegans Can Eat More Than You Think!

Vegans can eat....

Every fruit and vegetable!

-Roast them, steam them, stir fry them, bake them, stuff them, mash them!


Most Pastas, noodles and cous cous!
(just check there's no egg!) 

Every Grain!

Rice, quinoa, bulgur, oats, rye, to name a few!

Every bean, pulse and lentil!
Chickpeas, kidney beans, split peas, lentils! And things made out of them, like housmus and pate!

Mushrooms!
In stir fries, stuffed, breaded, marinated and grilled! 

All the nuts and seeds!

(and things made out of them-ie peanut butter, tahini)

All of the herbs and spices! 
Get seasoning!

Oils and Dairy Free Spreads!
Vegetable oil, olive oil etc! Plus dairy free spreads (like Vitalite or Pure).

Pretty much every bread, wrap and pitta!
(just watch out for hidden milk!)

Dairy free custards, cream, chocolate and yogurt! (and dairy free cheeses & mayonnaise!)



Using this information you can make......

Dairy free pastries! Pies, wellingtons, pasties

Burgers-made from beans, lentils, nuts, mushrooms,                               veggies!

Pizza, Lasagna, chilli, curries, stir fries, 

Cakes, pies, strudels, crumbles, tarts and tortes, ice creams, sorbets.
